I've been to sales pretty much every weekend this summer. I've gotten tons of stuff for my Etsy page but, not a whole lot of stuff for my self or my home. At this point I have to wonder. Have I seen it all? Maybe I already own it all? That's an ugly prospect. Especially for the great-niece who will be hoeing out all this crap after I die. Sorry, great-niece.
You'll have to unload about ten tubs of Christmas decorations. I use that term lightly. You'll see things like this silver tinsel tree that I got for a quarter! I bet you can hardly wait, right great-niece? Bet your little unborn soul is just trembling in anticipation!
You might also come across a few treasures like this home made magnet made from fishing line and fimo clay. I bet they don't even have fimo clay in the future. The hippies are going to just die. Don't worry though, great-niece. By the time you see this piece I will have made it into a hip pin to wear on my lapel or maybe my pocket book. Bet you'll want to keep that one for yourself, eh? It cost me a whole dime!
I spent half of a dollar on this next piece. Yes, it does have dried flowers. I thought you'd like that. You know, great-niece, it's good to have someone like you in the family. We have very similar taste you and I.
What's that? You'd like me to keep gathering bits and pieces for you to sort through? That sounds just fine to me!
So, In Summary:
I May Have Gone Round The Bend
